Brandon's passion for food is immediate & infectious, his style is confident & unmistakably his own. Through his cooking, Chef Randolph seeks to create connection and to inspire people to fall in love with what is grown, raised, and crafted close to home.
Born in Burgundy, France, Nico honed his sommelier skills at Le Taillevent in Paris and alongside Alain Ducasse before bringing his passion for wine to Minnesota in 2006. Along the way, he’s opened an estimated 78,488 bottles. We’ll let you do the math.
